White-Label Device Retrieval for MSPs

Your clients offboard.
We handle the laptop.

We partner with MSPs on device retrieval two ways: fully white-labeled under your brand so your clients never know we exist, or as a named subcontractor when that fits your model better. Either way, we handle the kits, shipping, tracking, and all employee communications.

How It Works

Four steps.
Zero headaches.

When one of your clients lets someone go, the offboarding checklist already lands on your plate. The laptop is the part nobody wants to deal with. We built Lomholm to make that one line item disappear — reliably, documented, and quietly.

01
You send us the details
Employee name, address, and a few notes. That's the handoff. We take it from there — no back-and-forth, no intake forms that take 20 minutes.
02
We ship the return kit
A padded, pre-labeled return box ships directly to the employee under your brand name. All they have to do is pack the laptop and drop it off.
03
We manage the employee
Follow-up communications, reminders, tracking updates — all handled by us, all appearing to come from you. We chase the laptop so you don't have to.
04
Device lands with full documentation
Returned device arrives at your client's location with complete chain-of-custody documentation — every step logged, every handoff recorded. Audit-ready from day one.
Two ways to work with us.
Most MSPs want full white-label — every kit ships with your logo, every email comes from your domain, every document is branded to you. Lomholm is invisible. You take the credit, you set the margin.

If you'd rather bring us in as a named subcontractor, we work that way too. Either model, same reliable operation behind it.
Common Questions

Things MSPs usually want to know

We get the same handful of questions from every MSP we talk to. Here's the honest version of each answer.

Something not covered here?
Send us a message — we'll get back to you the same day.
It means the departing employee sees your brand at every touchpoint — the return kit has your logo on the packing slip, follow-up emails come from your domain, and any documentation returned to your client is formatted under your name. Lomholm's name appears nowhere in the process. To your client, this is a service you provide. That's intentional.
You get a flat wholesale rate per return. You mark it up however you choose and bill your client directly — we invoice you. Most MSPs we work with pass the cost through with a margin and include it in their offboarding package. Some bundle it into their monthly managed services rate. That's entirely your call. We stay out of the pricing relationship between you and your client.
We handle the follow-up sequence — initial outreach, timed reminders, and escalation communications — all under your brand. If a device ultimately can't be recovered, we document every attempt made so you have a clear paper trail for your client. We'll walk you through our non-return process in detail when you reach out. It's a real part of the job and we don't pretend otherwise.
We work best with MSPs managing clients in the 20–200 employee range with remote or hybrid workforces. If you're handling five or more offboardings a month across your client base, this starts to save real time. There are no minimums — some of our partners send us two returns a month to start, and that's fine.
We return the device to wherever your client specifies — their office, a designated IT location, or back to you. What happens after that is up to your client. We handle the retrieval and the documentation; we don't touch the device beyond getting it there safely and logged.
